Quote Request & Validation:

All requests for quotes and services must be submitted to STG Business Consulting.
Upon receipt of a quote, the client has 15 days to validate or refuse it.
Once a quote is validated, an immediate payment of 60% of the total amount is required to confirm the service contract between STG Business Consulting and the Client.
The remaining 40% will be payable upon completion of services as agreed in the contract.

All agreements are governed by a written contract signed by both parties in mutual consent.

6. Pricing & Commission Schedule

Important Notes:

The rates above apply to investment projects, business openings, and commercial services.
For projects combining consulting and commission, the daily rate applies until completion, after which the commission is deducted accordingly.
Weekly payments are based on a 4-week month (28 days).
Additional fees may apply for travel or services not included in the initial contract.
All rates are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise specified in the contract.

7. Commission Payment Conditions

Applicable to: Clients requesting assistance and advice on investments, business openings, or any other business-related projects.

Payment Method: Bank transfer

Payment Timeline: As per the schedule defined (weekly for daily rates, at completion for percentage-based commissions).

A detailed quote specifying the estimated amount and payment conditions will be provided before the start of any project.

8. Contractual Obligations

In all cases, a written contract must be established and signed by both STG Business Consulting and the Client. This contract clearly outlines the scope of work, payment terms, timelines, and mutual responsibilities.

9. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute or disagreement between STG Business Consulting and the Client, the matter shall be brought before the District Court of Limoges (Tribunal de Limoges), Limoges 87000, France, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve the dispute.
